This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how Apex Motion Private Limited processes, ships, and delivers eligible product orders placed through our website or confirmed through our team.

  • Standard order processing may take 02 to 07 business days, depending on product availability, configuration requirements, and operational conditions.
  • For customized, made-to-order, prototype, or service-linked items, processing and dispatch timelines may be communicated separately by our team.
2. Shipping Coverage
  • We currently ship eligible products within India, subject to courier or logistics availability at the destination address.
  • If a location is not serviceable by our logistics partners, we will contact the customer to discuss alternate delivery arrangements or order resolution.
3. Delivery Timelines
  • After dispatch, delivery usually takes 03 to 10 business days, depending on the destination, courier partner, product type, and external conditions.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, logistics delays, regulatory checks, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
  • For services, digital deliverables, or installation-linked orders, delivery or fulfillment timelines will be confirmed through email, phone, or direct communication from our team.
4. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout, included in the quotation, or communicated before order confirmation.
  • Additional charges may apply for remote locations, special handling, oversized items, expedited dispatch, or customer-requested delivery arrangements.
5. Shipment Tracking
  • Where tracking is available, shipment tracking details will be shared with the customer through email, phone, SMS, or other available communication channels.
  • Tracking updates are provided by the courier or logistics partner and may take time to reflect after dispatch.
6. Delivery Responsibilities
  • The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including recipient name, address, phone number, and any required delivery instructions.
  • Apex Motion Private Limited will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery details.
  • If a shipment is returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping or re-dispatch charges may apply.
7. Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Shipments
  • If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers should refuse delivery where possible and immediately contact our Customer Service team.
  • Any damaged, missing, incorrect, or delayed delivery issue should be reported to us within 15 days of receipt or expected delivery, along with order details and supporting photographs where applicable.
  • After reviewing the issue, our team will coordinate with the logistics partner and take an appropriate decision regarding replacement, re-shipment, service support, or resolution under the applicable policy.
